This course discusses the importance of forming good relationships with families. It provides useful strategies for communicating, involving, and collaborating with families. Research tells us that positive parent-educator relationships contribute to children's school success. Learning ways to involve parents and form good relationships with them is important to every child's development and learning.
Required Textbook: CDA Essentials for Working with Young Children, 2nd Edition (purchased from the Council for Professional Recognition).
