Our Training Group is focused on the success of every student,
from the start of training to earning the CDA credential.
Besides the sustained support provided by our dedicated instructors during training, every student will have access to our Student Success Coach. She can assist with navigating the CDA Council website, setting up the YourCouncil account, and completing the CDA application.
She is here to answer questions, provide individual help, and offer encouragement.
Meet Linda Gilbert
Linda Gilbert is a highly motivated educator driven to manage program implementation and establish strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships and relationships with users, interdisciplinary teams, and service providers.
Skilled with proactive problem-solving teams, she is able to address effective educational and career outcomes for students.
Her dedication to student success was evident in her educational career of 37 years as a classroom teacher and school administrator.
Linda has been a director of programs at Elmhurst University, working with traditional and non-traditional students, providing individual and group advising, career exploration and academic success program monitoring. During her career, she sat on many advisory boards for K-12 schools as well as in the higher education arena for various departments. She continues to consult with her constituents with student success and workforce development. Linda and her husband live in the northern suburbs of Indianapolis, where she spends time with her two sons and five grandchildren.
